Hello Sir,

My name is Chetak Somvashi. I am doing job with Private MNC & for career growth I opt for MBA course in NIM.

My Reg. No: NIM/BD/922

I paid full course fees Rs.38000/-. However, in December, 2008, NIM Direct Certification Scam came out which break all my hopes to go ahead for MBA with NIM.

After that direct certificate scam, there’s no value for this certificate for which I paid Rs.38000/-. They are still forcing me to get certificate if you want oresle it’s in process with no progress from last 8 months. I am in very hard situation, I can not do from other institute also, as my money blocked here wiht NIM.

Thus, I don’t want to continue my course with NIM and requested them to pay back my fees, but they are just refusing from last 8 months. I have submitted all copies of document but not feedback from last 3 months.
