This is in regards of my refund pending with Bandra West office of MTNL for last 3 years. I went there personally and was told the same would be sent to me shortly. I have called many times
the concerned dept and the staff there but no results so far.

May I once again request you to look into the matter and take suitable action. Looks like by the time refund is processed I would be no more. Hope I will get a response.
