I take a policy (Smart Kit) from your Allahabad branch, after one month when we tried many time to branch, then they said that it come under medical, and all the paper be delivered at your home address. but again after one month when we make querry then they said that the time has been expired, and you received your cheque at your home address, the Branch Manager of your office is Mr. Ranveer And the plane detailed by Mr. Ashish Das. when we make queery again then from jhansi branch they told that due to incomplete adddress it will return to mumbai office and you just submitt a application and after 10 days you just collect your cheque after showing your id from jhansi branch. i submitted the application at jhansi branch at 26th of december 2009, but there is no response tell me what i do?
