A) dear sir ,i have purchase dishtv satallite tv connection in the name of irfan ahmed in saharanpur ,uttarpradesh,india from from dishtv company retailer appox 8 yrs back.from last 1 month my dishtv connection is not working from last 1 month and showing error 402 faulty vc ..then i talk to respective dealer for many time but this complaint could not resolve despite many follow up with the retailer then after some time i spk to company call centre he used to saying the ur setup box get faulty..i spoken to retailer and made tough grivences..then he given me a fresh new set topbox instead of old stb..i ask to call centre ececutive to pair this new stb with old vc number in order to resolve my customer problem .so that i can start watching my programmes…then they start to ask for service charges of 400 rs from me for those services which they have given me…now my viewing time is getting waste of 1 month and who will bear the cost of 1 month subscrption .If this complaint not reslove .kindly ask company to refund my payment of purchase i will purchase tata sky satallite tv connection instead of this connection.my vc number is 01504144470 with new stb-06D4ABF43SM75344. if not resolve i will log compaint in consumer forum along with publish new in leading new paper against the company.my mobile no -09012000186,09412743893
