Requested regarding. Ref: a) Proposal No. 61458 b) BAFL customer statement dated 22.7.07 c) Penalty Rs. 500 vide receipt No. 04080050885 dated 28.6.07. d) Cash Receipt Rs. 8800 no. 40828291 dated 28.9.2006, e) My letter to BAFL Manger, Visakhapatnam dated 21.7.07 f ) ICICI bank statement from 1.7.07 to 31.9.07 I submit that my above referred Pulsar was financed by BAFL Vsisakhapatnam vide proposal reference a) cited above. In the month of September 2006, I was communicated that cheques for 1st and 2nd installments were not honoured by the bank and with an good intension I have paid a cash of Rs 8800 vide receipt in reference d) cited above and both the cheques were returned to me. On investigation with the bank and your BAFL, Visakhapatnam it was found that my cheques were presented by your branch in some body else’s bank account instead of mine. Further it was promised during the time that the penalty of Rs. 500 which was shown in reference b) cited above, will be removed at the end of the settlement. I have fore closed the loan well in advance and requested your branch people to remove the penalty. They promised me that first pay the penalty and we will refund on closure of the loan and I have paid the penalty Rs. 500 vide reference c) cited above. After receiving all clear from BAFL on the loan I approached your branch and submitted a letter for refund of Rs. 500. They simply took the letter and not bothered to settle my amount even after number of visits. Please check my previous track record I have taken Boxer previously from BAFL and I have fore closed.

I therefore now I request you to refund me Rs. 500 + Rs. 5000 for all the pain I had for being sincere. This amount be recovered from Branch manager Visakhapantnam (Not from BAFL accounts) for not supporting the righteous and harassing.
