I had surrendered my policy no 445432420 on 21st Aug 2010 at Vashi Branch . I have received a statement from Max New York Life insurance showing policy value as on 22nd Aug 2010 as Rs 60645.20-/ ,I had been promised for the full payment in my Axis Bank Vashi branch Acc through ECS mode which till date I have not received.
