Refund of the Amount

First the sales person came to me and asked for ID card Xerox and check of Rs1700. I paid the amount by cash and after one week two guys from TATA came to my place, but there was no signal available in my area so they said thay can not provide internet connection and their sales people will contact me.

After that i did not get any kind response from anybody in TATA and atlast i log a call to calll center and send mails to customer care. But they are keep on saying and mailing that Your concerns and queries are forwarded to the concerned parties and they will contact you. But the same thing is continuing for 4 months now and i have logged more than ten calls now. I dont know whether i will get my cash back.

I lost the trust in TATA by facing such a poor response.
