I had selected car from Sapphire motors vadodara,akota area. I had paid token amoutn of Rs.5000 against the total cost of Rs.85000. The vendor has given guaranty to return back the car if it has problem. As it was having major problem & i had given three times for repairing. Then he accepted that there is a major problem so i had given returned the car. he also accepted the same. But now he is not giving my token amount back to me. Also i filled petrol of Rs.1000 which i m not claiming from him. Kindly help me.
