Dear sir/Madam

with reference of following notes:-
i taken a policy no.00489387 of ULIP KOTAK MAHINDRA LIFE insurance conditions and policy rules was following
1.15000/-yearly by me for three Years
2.that time company told i got this full amount after 3 year with as per intrest of norms but i got 33000/- AFTER FIVE YEAR with clouse as that my policy suddenly TERMINATED without any information to me.

I want to know what is going on with me i belong to middle class family and only i know how can i deposit annuly 15000/- (3 Year)contnusly.
at last i want my money back with interest through
your chhanel i waiting ur neccessory action

other wise i will go consumer court.
