Taken ulip policy and paid Rs. 2lacs premium against policy no.689287 in the name of my son Amit Kapoor with ( kotak safe Investment Plan)No policy document received till date and requested company about the details of investment and in turn confirmed that about Rs.1.70lacs invested in Mutual fund and balance amount adjusted towards insurance premium for coverage of Rs.10 lacs insurance.Now approached company torefund our money invested in mutual fund confirmed by Ms. Preeti from New Delhi office telephone No. 66275087 that payment be refunded only after 3yrs falling due in the month of July 2010, regret no reply from the company.Also company informed me that they have delivered policy documents in 2007 to some fake name person best known to them and never tried to send any communication regarding nonpayment of premium or find the receipt of policy to proper insured person.Have written so many times in the past but no satisfactory reply tilldate. Kindly look in to the matter and instruct them to refund our money invested in mutual fund.
