I have been taking therapies (Occupational, Speech, special education) for my 5+yrs autistic son for last 3 yrs at this private centre. Occupation therapist (OT) which has been working at this centre left this centre and opened her own clinic. So now this center is without OT and i have stopped taking these OT session but this centre insist that I take his OT session from their Physical Therapist (PT) which I refuse to take. Though I have taken 2-3 sessions but I cant take OT session with PTist. So this centre told me if I don’t take OT session from their centre and following it up from elsewhere/outside then I will not be able to take speech session from there. Thing is I found this speech therapist is good so I would like to continue.

My question is can I take any action against this center legally? They have done lot of inconvenience for me earlier also but I and most of the parents continue for sake of our children.
