I am writing to request a full refund of amount of Rs. 45,400/= which I paid to APIIT SD India as a token to explore admission of Vipul Mehra and Rahul Vohra to B Tech computing Program. The money was transfered to APIIT SD HDFC account and partly as cash on 24/25 August 2010 with a precondition that it is refundable in full in case the environment is found unsuitable by the candidates. During the visit both the candidates found the environment at college and hostels unsuitable and I immediately conveyed to the dealing executive that we are not interested in admission so We should be given the refund. We were given a weeks time for the refund.

The college authorities are now falsely declaring both of them as students and declined to refund the full amount and not attending to our phone calls. The disregard by the staff is deliberate and encouraged by the college authorities. The misinformation and misconduct is deliberate act of cheating and total violation of rules, which calls for a punitive action.

I request you to instruct the college to refund the amount in full immediately and also take strong punitive action against this institute including cancellation of approvals and recognition.
