Respected sir,

i purchased a nokia battery (BL-5C) SR.NO.0670400462040 Q436C10488173 from SHEKHAWATI MOBILE & COMMERCIAL bill no.1308,dated 31july 2009 with one year warren-tee. i have problem with it near about 20days and the shopkeeper refuse me to replace it.
please help me.
