Though I made several request to cancel the policy sent to me by ICICI they refused to cancel it. They kept on sending statements with interest levied on interest finally they removed money from my saving a/c Rs 5814.5 on 16/3/2009 When I approached CMD of icici they cancelled the policy and refunded premium amount-200 on credit card a/c, when I asked them to refund earlier money debited from saving a/c they refuse to pay. Pls suggest me what i should do to get back my hard earned money
