I have purchased a Brother laser printer DCP 7065DN on 7th May 2012. But the fuser of the printer get melted very frequently. Same is being replaced by 2 times by the company but now it again melts and now they are refusing to replace but it is still under warranty. On Contacting other printer services, they are telling that this is the manufacturing defect of the printer as it is taking excess current which melts the fuser so they suggested me to ask for the refund but the brother officials were refusing to give the replacement. The officials from brother are constantly giving fake suggestions like installation of UPS of 1.5kva (which is at all not required in case of laser printer) and manipulating the thing and always forcing me to purchase the fuser of Rs. 6600/- and still not assuring whether this problem will not recur in future. I have with me all the documents regarding this (Invoice, call log details)
