Sir,
On 27th jan,2010,i bought a fancy watch, worth Rs.309,from the kwality gift house,new alipore,kolkata.I asked for the cash memo but the shopkeeper simply denied.
when i forced they came up with a piece of paper claiming it as the cash memo,but to my surprise it was illegitimate as there were no shop name even.
when i asked for a genuine one,they started arguing that there is no cash memo for imported materials.
Still when i argued,they told me to leave the watch and get out of the shop,and also threatened me with dare consequences.
I was finally compelled to keep the watch there and leave the shop.
It was very insulting and threatening to me.Please help me.
