taken new prepaid connection recently.mobile no. 9972509579 from bangalore 3 months back.
since then around 30 rs per month has been deducted which i initially thought due to many outgoing calls .
Of late I noted that it is getting deducted even while not making calls, so called customer service where they informed that 30 Rs Has been deducted for airtel LIVE services evry month which i never subscribed or used….
On asking customer servic their replies didnot convince me.
Now I want refund of the services which i never used and to deactivate the LIVE services.

Also I ve been getting around 3-5 calls daily from customer care, even after subscribing to Do Not Disturb services.

Is this the way th so called no.1 company treats ppl-grabbing money frm ppl without consent and annoying with their calls????
I am dissatisfied with their services.
