i have prepaid card of airtel ,yesterday (13/12/2011) deducted amt. @ Rs. 17/- from my bal. account . regarding this i have talk to custocare representative regarding the subject , from customer care representative answer given me ,you have call on 13-12-2011 for caller tune but at my side i have no call for the same and also check my dial list and also deduct amount of down loading but i am no any downloading song . please see the matter otherwise i have to change other commucation service by portability.
