Dear sir,
my call charges are not done properly since starting of octobor. A few days before my calls are charged at rate of 1.50 Rs. istead of 20 paise/m on mobile no. 9416418994 and01683-268914 . These both no. have a call rate of 20 paise/min according to plan of company. Last time I submit my complain in custommer care .They provide me complain no.-j031751161 but till now no action is taken in this regard.
Today also calls are charged at a rate of 1.50Rs./min instead of 20paise/min. please tell me what is reason behind it and return my balance as soon as possible.
