Regarding impolite and irrresponsible behavior of airtel customer care supervisor

On 28th nov 2011, i called customer care for the activation of internet pack, when i called they informed that the application is very slow we cant activate the internet pack now,so i got the same pack recharge from easy recharge outside, on the same day @ around 10,they activated the pack without prior intimating me,when i called back asking this, they are really irresponsible,impolite in there way of approach to the customers, i talked with the supervisor named Banu,she is really irresponsible at her work and dont know how to talk with customer queries, please take a right action against her, if you wont respond for this i can make this a big mess. What you people thought about urself!! why people switch from other networks to airtel? Thinking that the customer satisfaction,service, network reliabilities ll be solved, please work on this and take right action against her.
