Subject: Regarding my balance deduct from my Airtel(08126090887).

Respected sir,

I am vipin kumar, a airtel owner from haridwar. My problem is that, I have called to ACC to confirm about terrif of rs. 20.00 (night calling) at 07-05-10 in the evening and after that I recharged that terrif.

But at 08-05-10, after 11:10 pm I called to an airtel number, and my Rs. 33.00 has been deducted.

At 09-05-10 in evening, I recharged my number of rs. 100.00 and I called to ACC for my complain.And my request reference no. is 0509011302.and I clarify that my terrif will work properly.

At 09-05-10, after 11:05 pm I again called to an airtel number, and again my
Rs. 50.00 to 60.00 has been deducted.
So totally near about my Rs. 80.00-90.00 has deducted.

So please do early action to recover my balance.
Otherwise I will forced to complain in “TRI REGULATION” or “CONSUMER FORM”.

So please do the needful as per terms and conditions. I will very thankful to you.
