I am having Airtel land line no 07554225882 with internet facility package. My internet connection is out of order so many times since January 2011. when i complain about htis then after 2-3 days it will started working Now. My Internet was totally out of order from 02.07.2011. after complain every day on airtel customer care it will be started from 07.09.2011in between i haver made a lot of complaint and email but airtel person cant solve the problem. I complain throgh emai to 121@airtel.in on 6.9.2011 then my internet connection stated. I requested to customer care of Airtel and various email to 121@airtel.in to reduce the bill amount of Internet for the period 02.07.2011 to 6.9.2011 but till date no satisfied response received so far. even they are not responding my email dated 26.09.2011 27.09.2011, 28.09.2011 and 29.09.2011.
