The complaint is regarding the slow working of bsnl DataOne broadband running at the speed of 5kb/s -8kb/s and the irresponsibility of bsnl customer care . ph(0771-2446166)

Despite Several Complaints the Department is unable to fix the problem and the blame game passes between Engineers in BSNL Telecom without any solution to the problem. Worst is they are billing me for the service they have not provided. Kindly take action against them.
