Dear Sir,
I have submitted my handset No.Samsung SGH- F309 on 22-10-2009 with a complaint No. – 55020091059698 for repair at the Samsung service center located at Santacruz (west), Mumbai-400054, and Later on 29-10-1009 I got a reply that the handset is not repairable so that I will get refund the cost of the handset as per the Tax invoice within 15-20 days.
By doing the continuous visit to the service center for the Refund all the time I got the reply that it is in process and i will get it as early as possible and then i asked for temporary handset (Loaner) which I will return after the Refund and the Manager at service center told me to buy a new hanset and assured I about the Refund within the week.
Now there is almost the substantial time period of 3 months is over to get the process of Refund and i already Bought the new handset
So I myself Mukund Mall Please to request to your good office to please grant me the refund as your earliest
