I am a physically handicap and my both legs are effected by post polio. I purchase a new car and apply for that as INVALID CARRIAGE with copy of notification for tax exemption passed by transport dept. of rajasthan and published that on official website of Transport Dept. of Rajasthan as on priority but DTO staff of Jhunjhunu deny to follow the instruction and said we do not have any notice or circular related tax exemption on INVALID CRRIAGE like car so we are not capable to accept file for registration without submission of road tax. I pray them to but they are not in instructed to do any thing for me. So please help me to short out this matter and give necessary direction to DTO Jhunjhunu. rajasthan.
