sir,i went to a kent water filter office located at magunta layout,nellore on 7/5/09.one person by name suresh told me that he is not dealing with water filter.he took my mobile number and told me that he will sent some person to me.That second party by name madhu came to our house and installed kent water purifier on 8/05/2009.water was tasting bad and i was told it will be alright in 2 days.they collected Rs 15000/.even after 20 days water is tasting very bad,i tried contacting Mr Madhu on his mobile number,he does not pick up the phone,i might have tried 50-60 times,but there is no response. i approached Mr.Suresh who sits in the kent office.he is telling me it is not his responsibility and the problem is between you and Mr.Madhu.what i feel is that i have been cheated by these two people,and deprived me and my family of having a pure water.I want justice in this matter.
1 let them take back the water filter installed.
2 repay my money(Rs 15000/)
3 compensation of Rs 50000/
4 some action to be taken on Mr. Madhu and Mr.Suresh
5 Kent RO systems for keeping such unscrupulous elements in the company.
