registered to DND, but getting all the promotional msgs

I am a Tata Indicom customer (+919279353222, Ranchi) . I registered myself for DND (Do not Disturb) service before 6 months. But I dont think that Tata Indicom is following the guidelines that TRAI has issued for unwanted calls and msgs for all the telecom service providers. I still get msgs (about 2 to 3 msgs) a day. And I have registered this complaint 2-3 times to Customer care executive. But till now i’m having a lot of problem due to promotional msgs.
