dear sir,
iam a airtel customer for the last 6 yrs,for the last 3 yrs iam having airtel perpaid sim card with no:9567220837(it is activated with my brother id only).but now for the last 2 yrs iam in oman so the same sim card is with me in oman. but iwas using the same since last month for receiving sms,usually topup also done.whenevr iam coming to india normaly the same sim card iam using.unfortunately from the last month it is showing REGISTRATION FAILED,then my frnd she tried to call customer care 2,3 days then ONE LADY replied that this sim is cancelled and now it is with another customer(IN 2010 IT WAS WITH ME IN OMAN WITH OUT ANY FAILURE FOR 1 YEAR)…..then we tried to contact the number but we got msg like THIS NUMBER IS OUT OF SERVICE……also my balance cash was there.anyway i wish to be with airtel WITH THE SAME NUMBER so if possible kindly give me back my connection.kindly do the needfull.
