I have purchased a flat at 4/77A Bihoygarh, P.O.-Jadavpur, P.S.-Jadavpur, Kolkatta-700032 from M/s. Space International of 10 Lotus Park, P.S.-Jadavpur, Kolkata-700092 in the year of 2000. The amount for the flat has been paid by me. But the said developer firm owned by S/Shri Subimal Sarkar residing at 10 Lotus Park, P.S.-Jadavpur, Kolkata-700092, Shti Ujjal Sarkar of 10 Lotus Park, P.S.-Jadavpur, Kolkata-700092 and Smt. Nupur Das of 50/1, Raipur Road, P.O.-Regent Estate, Kolkata-700092 and the land owners Smt. Chinu Bala Deb of 4/77A Bijoygarh, P.S.-Jadavpur, P.O.-Jadavpur, Kolkata-700032 and Smt. Abha Rani Deb of 4/77A Bijoygarh, P.S.-Jadavpur, P.O.-Jadavpur, Kolkata-700032 are unwilling to get my flat judicially registered. As a result Govt is lossing an huge amount as a registration fee. Moreover, I am deprived of basic amenities being provided by the KMC. Please get my flat registered
