i took delivery of a TATA INDICA DLS on 28.08.2010 .I am a first time buyer of a car.after delivery I came to know that the car is registered at Burdwan ,which is 90kms away from Kolkata where as I am a resident of kolkata . I made several representations and wrote several emails
but failed to get the solution.what should I do now ? I came to know that the registration has to be done under the jurisdiction where the car is to be kept and operated viz Kolkata RTO . this has been done without my consent and they have not returned the excess money charged even after several reminders. I had mailed the HDFC BANK LTD , customercare@tatamotors,lexusmotors, grivance.redressal@hdfc.com ,Territory Manager Tata Motors based in Kolkata .Nothing has been done in the matter .
