This is to bring to your kind notice that I Namita Mishra,Contracted with Max New York Life Insurance Co.Ltd since 23rd June 2008 till, that is expired on 23rd June 2011, I had applied for renewal of My License Along With Documents in MNYL,which has not been renewed till date as another code was generated by Met life fraudulently.after repeated request to Met life to give me a N O C since I have never worked for Met life nor do I intend to .This delay on part of Met life in complying with my request has caused me a lot of mental stress as well as financial loss due to my not being able to further business With MNYL as well as not being able to serve my existing clients.Now I am So tensed that i am unable to fulfill my family requirement also some time i feel that now i have to suicide because now i have no option to do job….how & when I will be able to do so ….
