I booked my advt through www.releasemyad.com, on 11th May and paid an amount of Rs.4217/- towards the same. Their office is based out of kolkatta. The advt was for sale of my flat and the advt was to be released in Deccan Chronicle dated 17th, 24th and 31st May 2015. However the advt was not released on 17th and when I tried to call them the same day, there was no response as it was sunday. When I called them the next day (18th May ) on their call center number and also emailed them on their email id, requesting them to cancel all my orders as I was unhappy and arrange to refund the amount, I was told that the complaint was taken and it would take 48 hours to resolve. After 48 hours when I tried to get the status update by calling them again on 21st, they still are maintaining that they have not received any response from the publication and cannot say what time it will take for them to cancel and refund my money. While I tried to reason out with their executive( Only executive available with them I guess ),Mr. Zayed / Zahid, that I paid the money and placed order on Releasemyad.com and not the publication directly, and I wanted my order cancelled and money refunded, he started justifying his stance and was very adamant that they cannot refund the money till they have the confirmation from publication. When I requested him to put me through to his superior, he plainly declined. I am now worried and it has been a mental torture for me as I need to sell my flat on urgent basis for some personal emergency. on the other hand it pains me to see that I am losing money to such kind of online cheaters.

Just want my money back immediately and nothing more. However in case the refund is delayed beyond this week ending 23rd, I would want the company to compensate me for the 10% loss of the estimated sale value of my flat. approx. 10% of 45 lacs as I have lost precious time and money on account of this delay.
