I have taken reliance 3g data card plan 5GB @750 but after sometime i have placed a request for plan upgrade @950 10GB unlimited and reliance executive told me it will be effective from next billing cycle and next day i called in customer care and told them to cancel my plan upgrade request then wording of executive was “After placing the plan upgrade request it could not be canceled.” I am saying why? as it will effective from next billing cycle which is about 20 days left then why reliance not canceling my request. My details i will probide below and the reuqest number for plan upgrade as well so please cancel my request i called you toooo many time and totally fadeup of your services and commitment. Reliance 3g Dongle Number:8882420xxx Alternative:9891768xxx Request Number:3852944719 Please dont change my current plan and cancel the reuqest as my billing cycle is 19 to 20. So dont cheat with public and provide the service for which you are commited for.

Cancel the current plan upgrade request and register my number to IVR so that i can connect with IVR when i am calling with.
