Reliance Big TV Channel Viewing Issues Unresolved

Dear Sir, I have a reliance big TV connection since 2009. Last year I had intermittent channel viewing issues and company sent technician to repair it and replaced LNB and deducted my account for 250. 3 or 4 month later the issue re appeared and company did the same. Last week again I made a complaint and the technician replaced the LNB. Please note that the LNB they are replacing are old piece and there by cheating the customer. The repeated complaint made me to pay an extra of 750 in last year and company do not have warranty more than 2 months. This seems to be an avenue to cheat customer. The technical and call center is non responsive for complaints

I had this repeated mental harassment and time waste. The new year is completely spoiled with the attitude to company
