Reliance digital tv has charged 2 times for a single service provided.when i asked them to return then they are denying it. there was a problem of no signal when consulted wtih helpdesk,i have been asked to call their service engineer. i was only informed that i have to pay rs 175 for it. on 5th march’14, a person whose name was vishal having mobile no. 930855xxx came and rectified my dish tv and asked for rs 175 and i have handed over it. later rs 175 has been deducted from my reliance digital tv account also. from then i have complained more than 3 times — they are saying that they are looking into this matter, nothing happened till now.in april i have been told for recharge and your extra deducted money will be refunded, i have been cheated since march from reliance dish tv. my last complain no is 21964933

i just want to return back my extraa money deducted by reliance digital tv with fine.
