Reliance Big TV – Company charging for complaint of no display of HD channels

My Reliance Digital TV ID is 200971386175. I am not able to see all the HD (High Definition) channels since 2-3 weeks. I have complained about it to the reliance digital tv customer care and they are saying that I have to pay Rs.175/- towards the troubleshooting service charge. Complaint: 1. Why I am not able to see the HD channel that I am paying for? 2. How does the customer service asks me for the service charges (Rs.175) for rectifying this problem? (Spoke to Praveen Kumar, Manager for escalations) 3. While calling the toll free number the IVR system desn’t take the reliance ID correctly and has a very little time to push in the ID number which often ends with automatic IVR disconnection. I have tried to talk to the customer care after 10 to 15 such trials through IVR. Also when it gets to the complaining menu it often asks to call the toll free number (18002009001) again and ends the call.Why is this inconvenience for customers who are complaining?
