Days.he said that the set top box has some tech. Problem need to be change or repair.Till date we have not get replacement set top box. Even we logged complaint on their email address on 10th May-2014. Still Our problem Not resolve
Economic Damage- We Recharge their connection annually. from last 15 days we have not using their services due to faulty set top boxes. Now we are thinking of buy new connection from other operator. which will cost up to Rs.2500-Rs.3000
We want better service and Set top Box should be change.aslo the loss of 15 days of not getting service should be compensate
