Am using Reliance big TV for more than 4 years. About a month ago the set top box stopped working. I have called them at least 8 times in this period and written email 3 times but haven’t got any response from them. When I call on their customer care number no one receives the call. The customer care executive is just not available. To worst of the cases I was on hold for about 23 minutes in a call before giving up. When i send emails I always receive an automatic reply but the follow-up never happens. Now i have no choice but to surrender reliance big TV and install another set top box from a different subscriber. In my opinion this is highly unethical practice by any company. Am sure there are many consumers who are facing this problem. So it needs to be taken with a serious note.
This is a case of cheating and has social impact. Therefore, it has to be fixed for a greater social welfare..
