Pokjhriyal resident of C-194, Telecom Staff quarters Vivek Vihar, Delhi-110 095 would like to inform that Our digital TC=V smart card No. 200986249398 got out of order on 31.5.2014 when strong storm disrupted Delhi. I tried to lodged complaint on customer care of reliance digital TV but could not succeed. However, finally on 4.6.2014 my complaint was lodged but remained unattended. No engineer attended my house to repair the TV. When no response was received form Reliance I have set right my TV on my own expenses. Now Reliance people has suspended my account and deducted an amount of Rs. 175/- from my account which is injustice to me. Please refund my amount of Rs. 175/- and restore services of my digital TV at the earliest else I have no option other than legally tackle the case. Suman lata w/o O. P. Pokhriyal
