A request for re installing the DTH at new address has been raised on 23 aug 14(req no 224117757). A service of 48hrs was assured. Follow up in this regard Post the promised resolution date yielded no result except their assurances of service eventually(if any). They have denied to commit to a further resolution date as well. They showed no/zero earnestness towards resolving the issue even after warning about consumer complaint.
350 rupees has been paid already towards reactivation of account and installation fee as per their mandate. Additional expenses of 200 have been incurred in repeated followup with the customer care in this regard along with a mental stress and personal time.
