I file a complaint Reliance Big TV to replacing my set top box on 4th Oct., 2014. They were saying they will send someone but now they are saying they don’t have any set top box. I say them to take this set top box and pay my money back that I paid your company so that i can buy another company set dish. But they are not giving me my money back. This company is cheating and many other customers have same problem but this company is not doing anything in that

I want to get the money that I paid them in beginning for this set top box. So that I can buy another one. I know it is not in their policy but i am returning this because they are not solving my problem. If every company sell few products and not giving after sale service then where a customer will go. Please help me. This company is completely fraud.
