I have purchased Reliance Net setter (Dongle) from local shop. I used it for 8 months. In September, 2013 I cancelled connection of it and applied for cancellation at Reliance Web World Store in Bhavnagar. After that I twice informed on customer care service number for cancellation. I informed for cancellation at Reliance Web World, Ahmedabad too. But they have not cancelled the connection and send me a bill of Rs. 1287/- for last 3 months. I have already applied for cancellation and though they are sending me bill thorugh email and post. They call ma often regarding this and every time I tell them that I have not used this connection. Now their customer executives threats me by doing phone calls and sending sms for legal procedures.

Please do needful in this matter. because I have not used any internet connection since last 4 months. Please do needful
