It has been more than 20 days , i kept on sending mails and i have also communicated them about my internet issue but these people only sending same repeated message is that we are working on this without solving issue. I am really suffering allot as my studies and work impacting very much. They have charged me around 1500 Rs and promised me to provide 200Kb/s speed but i am getting only 10 KBPS. This is very shameful. Inspite of many attempt and communication these people are not taking my request seriously. PLease help me on this.

I already missed my two test which would be costing more then 2000 Rs and also my 5000 rs transactions are cancelled in between because of slow network.

I want if they are not able to provide me promised service then they should return my all expenses. It would be around 1500 Rs
