Reliance Broadband Delay in Generating Bills

Respected Sir/Madam, I was using Reliance broadband and due to bad service, non-working of connection, billing issues, I closed it by clearing the final settlement amount. Even though connection was out of service for quite a long. I sent numerous emails to Reliance communication team for termination and followups since August ’13 (prior to that I called customer care many times but it was never processed by technical team saying, give us a last chance we will rectify it. This was just to stretch the timeline and pull money from my pockets and connection never worked. I was paying bills for non-working broadband connection for an year and telephone for 3 years. Due to harassment and threatening, I paid the charges to get rid of it. But still I am getting emails from Reliance communication and recovery agencies. Now recovery agency has started sending me online notice, saying that complaint shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you at your absolute costs, risk and consequences. Whenever I get calls from Recovery agency (Mr. Vinayak – 02065616xxx) / Lawyer Mr Amit Kulkarni (LLB, Secretary Pune District Court) I am tremendously scared now as language of these people is abusive and having bad intentions.

I am not sure but, – everything should be stopped – at least whatever amount I have paid should be refunded. – Lawyer / Recovery Agency should be punished. Sir/Madam, They have threatened many Reliance Customers and lot many complaints I could find online without any resolution. I think it should be stopped somewhere.
