Reliance Broadband Internet Billing Issues – No Customer Care

I, Rakesh H Soni had opt for Reliance Internet plan named WICF500KBH with service User ID: 322643321446 and Reliance Broadband billing A/C. No. 100000120049563. I’d made a advanced payment of Rs. 2750/- on 9th February 2013 using my Citibank credit card at Reliance Communication Centre at Shivranjani Road, Ahmedabad. I had changed my plan named to WCCI549T which is THUNDER COMBO 549 with same user ID with billing amount of Rs. 549 per month. The officials assured me at that time that your advanced will be set off against your next billing cycle with same billing A/C. No. which is from 9th Feb 2013. But I got new bill and found that Billing A/C. no. was changed to 100000120783898. I’ve not received proper broadband services from the same date and even though I’d received such bills which I’d not used. I’d complained regarding this issue to the authority several times but I’d not got proper response yet. So that I’d discontinued the service from 22-5-13. I got last bill of Rs. 1804/- on 27-5-13. My Adv. payment was not set off.

Due to the errors made by Reliance Communications Infrastructure Ltd., I suffered mental and physical harassment both. I want to sue Reliance Communications Infrastructure Ltd. for mental harassment by threatening of forgery case against me. I am agreeing with the officials to make payment of Rs. 1804/- after getting my refund of Rs. 2750/-. Due to this issue I lost my opportunity cost of Rs. 50000 which I want Reliance Communications Infrastructure Ltd. to make payment against such damages. If As per informed by the advocate to make payment against penalty of Rs. 25000, 2 bail of Rs. 35000 each. If I have to make these charges then I would also order for damages from Reliance Communications Infrastructure Ltd. of Rs. 100000/- against penalty, bail and opportunity cost.
