I am customer of reliance broadband service and I want to inform you that my net is not working properly from 29-08-2013 to 23-10-2013 and 24-10-2013 to 30-10-2013. The problem of disconnection is continued till now. So I had done complaint of this problem to Reliance Customer Care Center and Reliance Nodal Office many times but none of the solutions are provided to my net issues. My complaint numbers are given below in the mail. They told me if your net connection is not disconnected at least 3 day so you can’t get the weaver. I got a call from Reliance on 30-11-13 about the bill payment. They said to me to pay the payment of 617.62 Rupees but I requested them to give weaver then they said ok pay for 30 Rupees only and for remaining you will get Weaver. I paid the 300 Amount but again after paying the amount my net was disconnected again. I called again to Reliance again then they said that your payment is due that is 294.00 Rupees then only your net will to connected from here. Sir I do the Freelancing work at home. Due to this inconvenience and irresponsible attitude of the company I suffered the loss of 10,000.0 Rupees. Please assist me to get compensation for all the mental and economical harassment caused due to the negligence behavior of Reliance Broadband Company.
