Dear Sir,
Myself Jyoti Sinha residing in New Delhi. On 4th Sept. Mr. Abhay had collected a sum of Rs. 1750/- for the Reliance Broad band connection and promised me that it will be activate on same day at 8:00 pm. But till todat i.e. 6th Sept 2010 the situation is same i.e. no activation. iNSPITE OF CALLING SEVERAL TIME, the result is nil.

There manager Mr. Rahul is also not responding. Mr. Dileep the executive is also not picking up his call.

Please take some step to resolve my problem.
