As the services provided by the brand reliance communication limited, the broadband services will work for 2 days and than for 3 day it wont work and therefore even after repeated mail and calls at consumer care number my complaints are not adhered. and their consumer care number is busy for more than 45 min as on the website they claim its a toll free number but i have faced charges for the same and still problems are not solved.

As i am garment manufacturer and trader i have started on-line retail business which requires continuous internet connection, as the company is not able to provide the same due to which i am suffering business loss. as such stipulated i have lost 20 clients with business of rs. 20000 each in since the company started providing internet services 7697732269
