Hi Sir/Mam, My Reliance Internet was completely Off for almost 1 and half month and it’s been intermittent and extremely slow since last 8 or 9 months. When i try to call customer care, call normally doesn’t connects before min 30 and it goes maximum to 1:05 Hours. Still managed to call and registered complain 4-5 times. no one came to my home. Last month on 15th/Dec I’ve been to Head Office and had a word with complaint officer + warned them to complain in consumer court. they were scared and they sent two engineers + 1 line man at my home they increased the Profile Bandwidth and the speed for 1 day and on 17th/Dec it got got worst i.e 00.01 Mbps,00.18 Mbps and even worst. Also, collection executive used to collect the Bill amount he took Rs,615 for May and gave me a receipt as well however it was updated Rs 515 in your system. That means either the Executive cheated me or that’s your system error. I asked them to give me refund for that 1 and Half Month Internet Service Loss and I followed up on the same many times to get it refunded. they never called me that time. On 15th/Dec I asked them to refund me the amount for the interruption / Intermittent Internet and the slow speed (1% or max 10-20% of the actual speed)..I had a word with their Billing head twice in last 3 months (did not remember his name however his phone number is 9316333321). he promised me to call back and do the best in terms of bill correction. he did not call me last time not even after 15th December. he said that he will contact the network team and check with them the intermittent, slow speed duration and then he will correct the bill for last 8-9 months. he never called me. n when i sent him messages on Whatsapp, he did not even bother to reply me neither picked my phone call ever..Please find the speed test results attached. I want the full Refund for last 8-9 months of inconvenience (Intermittent Connection and SLOW Speed) + 100 Rs correction for wrong bill updated at their end. + Speed of 1024 KBps (1 MBps) i m paying for..
