Hi Sir/Madam It is to state in good self that I, Abbas Nazar, purchased a Reliance CDMA prepaid connection on 08/04/2013 for Rs.200 from Mirza Communication, B-13 Shop No. 3 Okhla Vihar, New Delhi – 110025. They have not given me any kind of bill for the purchase.I have given them copy of my Passport and a colour passport size photo for the same. The connection no is : 9312926631 No.on the SIM card is: RECRUC057356439 Its been 10 days and connection has not been activated yet. While calling the activation team, they say that the same connection is under some one else’s name. I complained about the same to the retailer and they keep on delaying it without any good reason. They, even do not take any interest to resolve the matter with the distributor or the concerned department. I checked the Reliance website for lodging the complaint but they have maximum of 33 days to resolve a complaint, that is why I am seeking your help, with the hope that this issue would be resolved soon. Kindly help me in this regard as I am worried of copy of my passport and photo not being misused by any one. Thanking you. Wishing you good day.

I want my Connection to be activated first and then Reliance Communication Ltd should pay me Rs.50000 for the harrasment they did for these 10 days.
